At Bradley Smoker, we stand behind the quality of our food smokers and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your smoker or accessories in the original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and power cords are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our authorized service center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
